MIXED USE
55 Adderton Road, Telopea
Mixed use development consisting of 55 apartments, Retail Shopping and underground carpark. UCE provided ASP Level 3, Specialist Lighting, Electrical, Fire and Hydraulic Services consultancy. In addition to the 1000kVA kiosk substation, UCE provided ASP3 services for the undergrounding of twelve (12) overhead electrical bays.
INFRASTRUCTURE
Glenfield Road, Glenfield
UCE provided ASP Level 3 and Specialist Lighting design services for the undergrounding of 230 metres of overhead electrical assets and establishing new steel light poles. UCE also coordinated the removal and undergrounding of third party telecommunication cables such as Optus and Telstra.
RETAIL
The Village, Glenorie
UCE personnel provided engineering designs which included Electrical, ASP Level 3 (Substation), Hydraulic and Fire services.
The project consisted of 34 retail tenancies and 20 residential apartments, above a 2 level basement carpark.
HOTEL & COMMUNITY
UCE personnel provided Construction level engineering designs and certification for the Hydraulic and Fire services.
The project included 153 hotel rooms, conference, and exhibition center as well as community facilities.
RESIDENTIAL
UCE personnel provided Construction level engineering designs and certification for the Hydraulic and Fire services.
The project included 95 residential apartments and 3 retail tenancies
EDUCATION
UCE provided Construction level engineering designs for the electrical, telecommunications, audio visual, dry fire and security services.
